Upload your digital files to us
We've made it as easy as possible to upload your digital files to us and have provided you with several options. Simply choose which one suits you best. Email, yousendit.com, ftp or our upload form. After you have sent your digital files and details to us you will need to contact us to arrange payment and confirm your order details. We will not proceed until we have been contacted by you.
Quick and simple if your file is under 8MB. Simply email your digital file to print@genesis-digital.net Make sure you include your name, address, telephone number, and full details of what services you require.

If you are familiar with using FTP software, simply telephone us on
020 73846255 to request our
FTP details.
Upload form
If you have your image or images ready and you know exactly what services you want simply use the “Browse” button to locate your digital images. You can add more files by clicking the “Browse” button again. Name the folder your files will be uploaded to (perhaps your name), fill in all your details including details of which services you require and press the “UPLOAD NOW” button. A progress bar will appear so you can monitor the upload. When your upload is complete you will be redirected to a “Thank you" page. You will also receive email confirmation when your files have uploaded successfully. If you are not a current customer make sure you type your full address into the message box.
The maximum upload size is a total of 2GB but please be aware that it will take a long time to upload something this large. If you have a file larger than 2GB or the total of all your images exceeds 2GB it is best to put them on DVD or disk and physically deliver them to us.
IMPORTANT: While the upload is in progress do not go to another website or quit your browser until you get the ‘Thank you' page or your files will not be transferred. The speed of uploading is totally dependent on your internet connection speed and is less than your normal download speed, so please be patient.
